Policies:

You have the ability to completely customize your tumbler... From colors to decals. We have glitter, alcohol ink, resin, matte, shiny, don’t see what you’re looking for, send us a message we might have it and if not we can probably get it for you!
 

We use high quality glitter that gives the perfect sparkle. You will receive your tumbler in your choice of colors, add glitter for additional sparkle, with your choice of decal. Each tumbler is sealed using FDA compliant epoxy. Your decal will be sealed under the epoxy!  This makes it more resistant to damage.
 

Please note the color seen on your screen can differ due to screen resolution. Glitter color can vary with each batch according to the supplier.  Not every color will be the exact same especially with custom mixes.
 

How to order:
1. Choose the size tumbler you want
2. Pick your color or add glitter
3. Include your decal details, you can have a decal on each side of the tumbler if you would like( for example, name or monogram on one side and a quote on the opposite side).
 

Monograms should be listed in the following order: First Initial, Last Initial, Middle Initial: Monogram will be copied in exact order from the notes. Double check all spelling as we copy and paste from your notes provided. We are not responsible for any error listed in notes.
 
If we send a message to verify details (if unclear) and we don’t hear back for an extended period of time we will hold your order and push your ship date back until we get a response.

Processing time: 1-2 weeks (not including weekends or holidays) this is subject to change so please check shop announcements to verify current turnaround times. This time doesn’t include shipping, the processing time is the time from when your order is placed until it ships. If your order is placed on a weekend it will begin processing the following business day. The processing time allows us time to not only complete your order but all our other orders we receive. We do receive a high volume of orders, so please understand we go in the order received and your order will take the entire processing time.
 

All tumblers are handmade and made to order. We do our best to make sure each one is prefect! Yes, we are human so there is a small possibility for error but there’s a slim chance of that! If for some reason there is an issue with your order once you receive please send us a message within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you in getting it corrected! We strive to provide the best product and want you to be happy! We’ve been doing this for a few years and so far so good!
 

Shipping: Priority USPS mail, this is typically 1-3 days however can take longer depending on the post office, shipping times begin after your order ships after the 3-4 week processing time. We do offer shipping options via FedEx. Please keep in mind during the holiday season shipping times can and will be longer so please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for packages that arrive late due to the carrier service.

Tumbler Care Instructions:
- Hand Wash Only
- Do not put in dishwasher
- Do not microwave
- Do not soak
- Use non-abrasive sponge
- Do not leave in sun for an extended period of time

 - Do not drop
 

We are not responsible for accidental damage. If you tumbler falls or is dropped we don’t cover the damage, we will be glad to assist you with getting it repaired(if possible) or remade but please understand there is a fee that will be associated.

*** Customer is responsible to provide correct shipping information at time of checkout. If incorrect information is provided and package is returned customer is responsible for cost of re-shipping and custom listing fee. Item will be held until fee is paid.
 

If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the box and damaged goods and send them to us, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier, your order does include shipping insurance just in case your order is damaged in transit.
